This concept intrigues me, but I do have some struggles...coaching is typically done by someone who is considered an expert in the field and we as preachers are certainly nothing more than fellow ragamuffins with those to whom we preach. The other struggle is that most coaching situations are one-on-one or one-on-a-few but in preaching, it's most often one-on- a-bunch.

Yet, the idea of morphing the typcial preaching event from a talking head to a power-packed experience of media and commentary PLUS the application of the crux of the message (founded in the glory of the scripture) drilled home with "what will you do and by when?" lends itself to making this the life-transforming experience God intended.
